ASF City’s paver manufacturing plant is a state-of-the-art, fully integrated concrete paver production facility located within the development itself . Built to serve the vast infrastructure demand of ASF city. The plant produce high strength, aesthetically refined paver used across roads, walkways, commercial zones and public plazas throughout the development.
By manufacturing on-site, ASF City ensures unmatched quality control, faster delivery, reduced logistics costs, and full traceability from raw material intake to final installation — a genuine advantage in a large-scale urban development of this calibre.

Daily output capacity exceeding 5,000 sq. meters of finished pavers, scalable to meet peak construction demands across all ASF City development phase.
Custom mould library
Over 12 paver profile including Holland, Zigzag, Uni, Keystone, and Bespoke shapes designed specifically for ASF City’s master plan.
Automated Batching
PLC-Controlled weight batching of Cement, Aggregates, Water, and admixtures ensure batch-to-batch consistency and a fully repeatable locked mix design.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
From Raw Material to Royal Streetscape

Raw Material Intake
Crushed aggregate, cement, sand, water, and pigments are received at the plant gate. Each delivery is sampled and subjected to preliminary quality checks before admission into the storage silos, ensuring only specificationcompliant materials enter production.

Automated Batching
A PLC-controlled weigh batcher doses each ingredient to ±0.1% accuracy against the locked mix design. Cement is drawn from pressurised silos; aggregates from covered stockpiles; pigments from sealed dosing units — eliminating variability between batches.

Mixing & Moulding
A twin-shaft planetary mixer produces a homogeneous, zero-slump concrete mix in under 90 seconds. The hydraulic block machine then vibro-compacts the mix into precision steel moulds, applying up to 200 tonnes of compaction force for dense, void-free pavers with sharp, clean edges.

Controlled Curing
Fresh pavers are transferred to climate-controlled curing chambers where temperature and relative humidity are maintained at optimal levels. A minimum 28-day curing cycle ensures full hydration of the cement matrix and development of design strength.

Quality Control & Dispatch
Every production batch undergoes compressive strength testing, water absorption measurement, and dimensional verification in the on-site laboratory. Certified lots are palletised, wrapped, and dispatched to the installation zone with a traceable batch certificate.

Our quality management system is embedded at every stage of production — not just at the end. Each paver leaving the plant carries a traceable batch record and meets or exceeds international performance standards applicable to concrete paving blocks
Applicable Standards
Our laboratory maintains calibrated testing equipment serviced at regular intervals. Test records and batch certificates are retained for a minimum of five years and are available for inspection by clients and independent auditors upon request.
