ASF City Karachi was launched in 2017 over a land parcel measuring 3000 acres. It is located on M-9 (Hyderabad-Karachi Motorway) adjacent to DHA City Karachi. The project is designed to provide a modern, secure, and comfortable living environment for its residents. ASF City offers residential plots of various sizes, including 80, 125, 250, and 500 square yards. Additionally, 100 and 200 square yard plots are available in prime locations for commercial use. Several initiatives have been implemented to transform this project into a sustainable, healthcare-equipped, and technologically advanced city. Notably, the NUTECH University, spanning over 50 acres, and the Roots Millennium Educational Park project are key components of the educational initiatives. The key features of this residential and commercial project include wide roads, well-maintained footpaths, robust safety and security measures, an efficient drainage system, a reliable power transmission system, solar power integration and an integrated water supply system.
