The Foundation’s committed team continues to demonstrate unwavering resolve in striving for excellence, overcoming challenges, and transforming obstacles into opportunities for sustainable growth. I am pleased to share that, despite prevailing challenges, several major business entities have expressed keen interest in entering into joint ventures with ASF Foundation. This development marks a significant step towards expanding business activities and advancing our journey towards excellence and progress.

ASF City, as the Foundation’s flagship project, remains a top priority. Development activities are progressing at a commendable pace and will continue with the same momentum. Key milestones include the construction of the ASF City slip road, handover of possession in Sectors A1 and B3, accelerated development in Sector A5, and the near completion of the state-of-the-art Grand Mosque.

In addition, the recently established ASF Club is a noteworthy initiative. Through the provision of modern recreational, sports, and allied facilities, the club is playing a pivotal role in promoting a vibrant social environment and a healthy lifestyle for its valued members.
