Establishment ASF Employees Branch

  • In May 2019, a separate branch was established namely “ASF Employees Branch
  • The main aims & objectives to establish a separate/ dedicated branch for ASF Staff to extend communication.
  • ALHAMDULILLAH this branch is working to maintain fair, proper record and accounts.
    • Separate accounts in Banks. Collection is being made all over Pakistan. A dedicated software has been developed which is very useful for Auto system and providing instant information. We are working on to make easy & increase the collection system
    • Correction of record and reconciliation of previous files
    • Preparation/ implementation of SOPs
    • Maintain a separate file for each registered member

Welfare of ASF Staff

To support for the wellbeing of Shuahda, Deceased families, Handicapped, Needy and Low paid employees in addition to their regular wages/ allowances. Focus will remain on following 03x welfare essentials through comprehensive approach:-
ASF welfare foundation already approached to “300” Donors/ NGOs and healthy responses are being received.

Besides Government financial assistance, ASF Foundation introduced following incentives: –

  • Provision of free of cost location plots (Front Sectors without balloting)
  • On Shahadat – Rs. 500,000/- (NOK)
  • Marriage Grant to Shaheed’s all sons / daughters Rs. 100,000/-
  • Provision of Souvenir to Shaheed’s family on the day of Yom-e-­Shuhada
  • Financial assistance/ incentive on event – (as per approval of MD ASFF)
  • Financial assistance & Misc Welfare (being paid)
  • Educational Grant
  • Providing laptops & Mobiles

Besides Government financial assistance, ASF Foundation introduced following incentives: –

Deceased (Death during service) – NoK of only registered members of ASF Housing Scheme.

  • Remaining amount will be waived off
  • Legal NoK – Benefit plot
  • Nok of Deceased – Rs. 100,000/-

A board headed by Dy DG will recommend the waiver ratio on case to case basis

  • Extraordinary bravery to foil any attack/ attempt of interference – Board will evaluate the level
